money and other things

I paid my taxes. I did, both federal and state.
The state took weeks to reach its destination but never mind…it did.
Finally.
I want my money. I know it’s not much but I still want my money. Please give me my money.
My rent is due. I should write a check for this and mail it promptly tomorrow (oh today!).
But it occurred to me that May is my last month here so maybe I paid it already (you kow, first month’s rent, last month’s rent and security deposit). So I should call my landlords…
And I have to call all the places that bill me to cancel things.
I will have to put up a to do list too.
Hopefully I get everything done.
Things I need to get done now and things I need to get so I can get stuff done when I go back home.
And I have a lovely picture of a dragon.
I’m also working on my dragon but I’m not sure how to get texture…
I’m told he/she/it looks like a sea dragon or a kelpie or suchlike so I think I don’t need to give him/her/it feet! :-D

they have wings? i don’t know, maybe it’s a passing fancy?
just tell me this, would you prefer me to be obsessed with elves, like every other female and then some?

i guess i just read waaaaay too many fantasy stories and scifi and such.
i don’t know..for some reason i woke up one day wanting to draw dragons and people clued into it and gave me dragon sigs…and well…i like ‘em

Dragons are good. Have you read the Earthsea series by Ursula K. Leguin? I recommend it. Lot’s of dragons.

Well except for the last two…I’m in the midst of Tales from Earthsea, but they’re both back home awaiting my reading pleasure! :-)
