Favicon?
I have a little favicon (it’s just a script L), not a big deal. But sometimes I don’t see it where I should and sometimes I do. So, I’m making a poll…tell me if you see it or not, please. And if you see it tell me what browser you’re using and system etc etc. here.

Some of you all, if you come in using http://wpress.lilyanddragon.com you won’t see it because i don’t have it in the wpress subdirectory, i don’t think, mostly because i’m working on getting you all to not use the subdomain
but after being on the site and clicking around, you end up on http://lilandra.com/blog and then it works i think since it’s in http://lilyanddragon.com
Works for me, on Firefox (Linux).

well, you know it doh work for me (IE 6.0, Win 98) but many things not up to date on my computer
btw, the comment box doing strange things again
i will return to my exam now,I have 20 more hours and i have to start writing soon!

I’m seeing it fine with Mozilla 1.7 RC1 on Windows. As far as I can recall I always have. :-)

For a favicon:
Well, you need to make a favicon.ico and put it in your root directory, so http://lilyanddragon.com.com/favicon.ico and i think it has to be 16 colours…or 16pixels x 16 pixels or you could use this site to convert a gif or a png to an ico but, if it’s many colours, it will look funky so it’s best to work in the right colours and the right size!
Reading this helped me understand how to make the favicon in that, i didn’t do what he did, but i got the size and the colour thing and “understanding” and then made my file and ran it thru the chami site :-)
ooh, and i didn’t know it had a name or how to do it either until mathibus told me about it and told me how by repeatedly commenting on my site about it and what i needed to do and by providing the links!:-D
