you see, i left school, leaving a copy of my paper with my reader…
and also leaving contact information (mailing address!)
and she was supposed to send me comments after discussing what more i needed to do with my committee (my committee of two mind you, just her and my advisor)
but i haven’t heard from anybody
and i emailed them last friday…my whole committee

i think they’re all probably off on one AI conference or another

I have one more episode to go.
And I actually got it on frequent flyer miles so only spent about US$25 on taxes and fees. It’s nice to not have to spend the little money I have left…
So, I’ll be spending a week back in that town I called home for three years and then a week in Florida with my aunt and uncle (who I haven’t informed of this yet…)
And I so wish I had Angel Season 4 on dvd already.
My brother got hooked on the multiple marathons of Season 3 watching and so should by now have watched the Season 3 cliffhanger.
Oh well…*patience* I guess.
And I need some books to read
So, back to wedding, I have a plane ticket.
Now, I need to get a wedding gift (and some other things)
I left my apartment without having seen the last three episodes of Angel. It was very sad and I spent a month moping about it…wondering when I would get time to see them. I had them saved on my computer so all wasn’t lost or anything too tragic.
Anywaz, I finally sat down and watched one of them and it was funny. On a further Angel note, since I’ve come home my sisters have been immersed in watching Season 3 Angel, which I realize was quite important to the whole storyline thing and it makes me sad and depressed that I don’t have Season 4 Angel yet. I think it’s coming out in the fall….argh…
I think I prefer Angel to Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
Oh, my sisters are leaving tomorrow.
So I’ve not been blogging alot recently, but you try it on a silly dial-up conenction when you sometimes only get a 12.0 Kbps connection. I think right now it’s 24.

Coupled with the fact that I think the harddrive on this computer needs changing.
Anywayz, last weekend my mom dragged us to the beach…Can you believe, my first weekend back home and I get to go to the BEACH.

On a happy note, though I didn’t acutally um bathe, and neither did 2 other members of my family (my brother didn’t even leave our balcony…) I did introduce them to the joy of the games Kill Dr Lucky and Settlers of Cataan. I think my mom’s addicted to Settlers of Cataan now…eek…oh well…

Just if you’re interested, I’m home. No delayed or missed flights…just a starving Lily who’s arrived home and ate, slept, ate, slept and now wants to eat and sleep again :-)
And my suitcases need unpacking and I need clothes and such!
