International Student Fee and other money stuff
This is all to do with my graduate school and money! :)
Some time aback I complained about having to pay a fee that the university was charging international students only and then I started getting a bit scared of deportation.
And finally as my programme neared an end, I wimped out and paid it.
Well, some time over the summer or the beginning of the semester our union won the protest/arbitration and we were issued excess checks.
Due to some bug in the online system where I did change my current address to my home address, the check was mailed to my Amherst address and through the two forwards got to my sky-box and thus was finally forwarded to me in Trinidad.
So I mailed it off to Springfield on Tuesday to deposit it.
*sigh*
And we got weird emails about retroactive pay increase for Spring 2004 Teaching Assistants. I’m not sure if I count in that or if I got paid that already. Oh well, I guess I’ll see.
