Well, my sister and I went out to get Rik’s Pizza tonight…one because she wanted and two because her friend was coming over to lime.
And mom came with us and we wandered the mall and went into all the Indian clothing stores looking for nice headscarves. We didn’t any and I was just wandering around the store bored while my sister tried on an abaya. And my eye happened on a bag. Now it’s fully beaded…and usually fully beaded bags look very tacky but this wasn’t because it’s not gold or silver lined. It’s like tiny coloured glass beads and in a nice compact evening bag shape…and so neat and cute…and so I picked it up and looked at it…
And then I figured since I’m suffering from shopping urges, maybe I should try to get rid of some of that drive…and so I bought it. Now if only I had somewhere to use it. We’re going cinema tomorrow and sushi (my treat I’m sure…) and it might be a tad bit too dressy but I’m wondering if I care…
Oh…Chennette (sister) is 30 as of yesterday. I’m trying to remember which day precisely is Rachel’s birthday…*sigh*
I’m scatterbrained.

For some strange reason, I am feeling a great urge to SHOP!
Well, maybe not shop…but spend money.
Tsk! Tsk! Tsk!
I wonder why.
Trying to figure out when was the last time I did what I’d call shopping…(because medical expenses don’t count in my frivolous little mind).
Handbags, monitors, mac minis, computers, dvds and God knows what else I will come up with by weekend…thankfully…I have some control…I think…I hope…;-)

people getting confused by my home address.
Okay be confused, that’s alright…but ask me if it’s right. Don’t assume it’s wrong because you think it’s a US address and I claim to not be living in the US.
Don’t you think I know where I live? Don’t you think I know my own address better than you do? I’ve only been living here for over 20 years after all.
(My address shares a name with a common US location…)
PS about my last post…I’m not living in my own place. But I do have my own bedroom in my parents’ house ;-)

Thursday, after drilling holes for rods and stuff, we painted my walls “Sand Pebble”. It’s nice! :)
And then we put up the curtains!
And now we’re finally varnishing the floor which my mother said wasn’t done when the other rooms were done…
and i have to deal with all my stuff

I’m also catching up on my comics. I like this.
