Wireless on Powerbook G4 with Airport Extreme with Linux
Well, I took notes.
I wrote down the links I used for reference.
But alot of the help came from the IRC channel on Linux Chix (irc.linuxchix.org, #linuxchix) and warthog9.
I am blissful.
I will post it all here so that I can reuse it and not lose it you know :)
I did it all on a live edubuntu cd so it’s not saved. The ultimate test will be doing it again on a live linux (any flavour) cd or installing to the hard disk and doing it.
Ooo…will I go cold turkey? Linux only? If I dual-boot, how will I partition?

LOLOL Linux Lily(?) Well, it has a nice ring to it… after all that is my operating system of choice, so I congratulate you–if you go 100 percent. Lily, I have to say that there is nothing wrong with going “Cold Turkey” from MS-Windows and those “other guys,” switching to Linux. I have being running full Linux for six years now on all my machines, and never looked back. (I think I told you all this before???)
You should see if you can get the domain name “Linux Lily” just for fun: that would be a cool name to have!

Well, I checked to see if “LinuxLily” was available–and it is; and, it would only cost $10.99 (CND)for the domain name from : http://www.webserve.ca/domainregistration/ . What a deal! Let me know if you want it? :)

I will work on my theme. When this term’s done…and maybe in the week or two before the next one starts.
But it is sooo stressful.
