I didn’t know! England has had its fingers into so many pies, that it is hard to keep track of. I thought the Portuguese used to rule the roast in your area?
But before the English it was the Spanish.
We’re part of the Commonwealth and once upon a time, we didn’t need visas to go to Canada but many abused this!

What do you mean “abused this”? How would going to Canada be abused?

You go and you go and you go and you go and…you don’t leave.
*sigh*
I remember when we could just drive over the border for a visit when in the States…we left. But now…visa! :(

Well, soon, you will need your pass-port to enter the States from Canada, and for them to come up here. Heck, I don’t even go across the border that much any more. To much of a hassle now.
I’m actually thinking about going for a holiday in Brazil this winter. I hear it is really nice and warm there in December?
Yey for Independence Day! From which country did Trinidad & Tobago obtain their independence from? :)
