I don’t support smelters in Trinidad & Tobago.
I don’t see why we need it.
And I worry.
Also, if the people do not want it, why give it to us? It’s our country too. If you want a smelter so badly then put one up in the Prime Minister’s residence.

Reasons Chennette should get a DSLR:
In the last week or so I thought of many good reasons but for some reason they elude me. Feel free to contribute!
core inflation is only about 3-4 %.
*ponders*
Chennette’s friend dropped my camera off at UPS so now it’s making its way to Canon.
What will they say…will it be beyond repair? Will I need a new camera?
I’ve decided if they do repair it I will not buy a new one even tho I *crave* one. I can’t see myself making full use of one right now and this should do.
Hopefully
So, I think, I’m praying for it to be fixed!
Comment and I’ll give you a letter; then you have to list ten things you love that begin with that letter. Afterward, post this in your journal and give out some letters of your own. From Jamie.
Well, I can’t list the obvious so here goes:
Remember my sob story?
And then Canon said that it’s possible they might repair it?
Well, I got a prepaid packing label from UPS to send my camera to Canon. Then I just needed to get my camera to the USA so that I could make use of the label.
My sister’s friend is on her way to NYC for undisclosed reasons and took it with her. She has contact info for the nearest UPS stores and shall hopefully be able to drop it off so that it can make its way to Canon, IL.
So, right now, it’s left my house and is now in Chennette’s friend’s house.
Tomorrow it will leave the country and head to NYC.
Some time this week it should reach the UPS store (hopefully) and make its way to Canon.
And then after some days they’ll tell me if they’ll repair it or if they’ll charge me for the repair.
Decision time is approaching!
