The Camera Conspiracy
When Chennette did her master’s she made friends. So, I don’t know how much contact she’s in with all of them but I think there were…3 she talked about regularly.
Well of those three, one had a Nikon SLR (not digital) and his girlfriend recently bought a D80.
Another of those three has a Nikon SLR too (digital? I don’t know).
ewe_are_here is the other but her husband didn’t buy a Nikon recently. I forget what tho she told us.
So this is how she is saying she wants a Nikon!
Conspiracy.
I hope all the D50s don’t sell out by the time we’re ready.
*fumes*
If any of her other friends are reading this, I’m just her sister. What do I know about who her friends are. (But you don’t have a website for me to link and you don’t have a Nikon so you’re not relevant!)

I only just this PAST WEEK went around surveying my friends who I know have SLRs/DSLRs…you forgot about the one who has a Pentax 35 mm (doesn’t fit you case does it?)…I ended up with Nikon in 2005; you know I was looking at Oylmpus and Minolta. WHAT are you trying to suggest?

Hmm…hold on I remember one of my Jamaican friends was looking into a Rebel last year, maybe she got one for Christmas. I’ll ask and get back to you. You know I now just want to buy the less expensive of our options and I don’t think that we’ll notice the “bad” lenses so much, so it’s difficult to choose.
And as for the first Nikon you mention, that was never in Edinburgh the year I was there, it was back in the US – I therefore had no clue what make it was until today. And the 2nd one…she HAS photos online. So there :-P Granted it was hacked and is being rebuilt.

Yes people! Chennette’s friend’s website was hacked…just like mine was but thankfully I had moved from the host (same one) before so everything was here and not there…*sigh*
I just lost some old mail I didn’t migrate yet.
Wait the third is the hacked one. So the second. Now I’m confused.

Jess got hacked? Do people have nothing better to do?
Our new camera is a Fuji; it’s currently in Vegas because I was half-asleep when he asked me if it was ok to take it with him on his ‘non fun business trip’. Then why does he need a camera? Grrr.
I have the Kodak I got while I was in Edinburgh; it does the job. Not sure what G’s other digital camera is; it’s downstairs.

Yup, she got hacked, and while it’s a good opportunity to do a new site (see the new first page for http://www.balancedcreations.com) she hasn’t quite completed the process yet. She was using the same host as Lilandra.
Oh, I got sent this blog by a guy who was written up in Popular Photography, has a Flickr account and…
uses a Nikon D50 :-)

It wasn’t just Jess. It was our host! So where lilyanddragon.com was (my first domain for this blog) was hacked too but I had started the move off that host before.
He could’ve bought one in Vegas! It’s a tech show! He should’ve gotten one FREE!
I hope you investigate those pictures he takes!

Y’know, we don’t have a Nikon or any other SLR, so I guess we fit in the “other friends with useless cameras” section. I’m going to comment anyway to say that we were amused by the post, the response and any alleged implications….:-)

As it’s not on your list of cameras to consider, I guess you’d have no use for my camera (of the point and shoot variety) hence its uselessness to you and the uselessness of my opinion of it to you.;-) But hey, glad you got the cool Nikon and we’re looking forward to the pics when it comes.
