Harry: [Inspiring words before the battle] Now I'm afraid that there's going to have to be a certain amount of violence. But at least we know it's all in a good cause, don't we?
Yeah…I would post such insightful things too.
I would unearth old pictures of Mayaro and post them and say how she gone Mayaro and I would change the EXIF data so nobody would know it was a Canon!!
Thanks Thomasso (there are some hiccups but oh well…eventually it’ll reach me).
ewe: you would think so! and so I send her text messages and she complains about the beeping. Hmph. I’m trying to help her feel not disconnected but she doesn’t appreciate me! :(
Text messages at 11:30 pm when I have been up since 6 and trying to sleep with a headache…and the stupid cheap phone doh know how to just BEEP for a text, it ringing like a train coming into a station…
and yes, no internet should be against the law – but hopefully it gets sorted out beginning of next week!
Modified theme? more black to offset the red…tolerable for now
Would changing the colour red affect the T&T look? This looks close, very close to the colours, although the proportions are out. I think it looks nice anyway. But that is my humble opinion….
The proportions in that it’s thick black diagonal stripe in the middle, thin white stripes on the sides and red triangles on the sides of the white…well I think it fits.
THere is more red than black.
This does give the same effect I think…just not so screaming.
But…well I don’t like the red on this…it feels clunkier…but I think the white text on black is much better than white text on red.
*sigh*
Wherever the red is, it won’t make everyone happy! :)
You should put the flage somewhere on here, just to make that point.
The White on Black text is way better than White on Red, by any means.

I don’t wanna put the flags. I don’t want to knock people over the head with it.
You know on some websites and in some homes in the USA they over decorate with red, white and blue and the flags. I always feel the atmosphere is a tad bit oppressive.
So, yes, I’m knocking people over the head with my national colours but most people don’t know that…but if I start putting the flags….hmmmm
The flags are just a bit too much for me.
Am I weird? :)

NO! You’re not weird! I feel the same way. I grew up in a world where cultural identity was not that important, not to the degree of the average American goes anyways. I may put little hints of my country and cultureon my webpages, but I won’t go out and advertize it–I find that kind of cheesy. There is nothing wrong with telling people who you are though.

ok – see I know it’s me – but white on black is the same as white on red for me. You know it’s my light sensitivuty thing.
I know for some light on dark is bad.
And I figured that too.
Maybe I should…*sigh*
I’m having ideas…at least I had when Thomasso posted 15 which is why I haven’t answered yet.
Also brain overload.
Thomasso: I like people knowing where I’m from and who I am but … beating people over the head with it, no. Also as a student in a foreign country, yeah, I put up my flag and stuff…then…because I’m in a sea of others! :)
We also put up my flag at home when we made it into World Cup Football! :)

Hey, this theme is nice. Not as blinding like before: very eye friendly. I was just about to get the sun-glasses out…. he he he he

Very funny Thommasso!
I just reversed the colours…I hope it gives people the same T&T feel as before.
I still haven’t found the time to work on an acceptable darker red!
