Been sick the last month…very horrible…slept non-stop and it wasn’t restful.
Still enjoying this unemployed feeling tho. Got last paycheque. Hope to post *something* of substance one day. I posted pictures on flickr the other day….I will try to put links…feeling tired….must sleep….plane in 8 hours
Oh klutzy me!
Three hours after I finally fell asleep last night, there I was on the bed, moving closer to the big mound of pillows, getting more comfortable, lifted my head to rest it on said pillows and “WHAP!”. OW!

I moved my poor head and hit it against the wall.
HARD.
Weirdly enough, mom was not sitting down at the computer to come rub my head but she did a few minutes later. I think they think it funny. I was so wide awake.
Thankfully I fell back to sleep.
4 hours later, I got off the bed because we have to paint, right?
I walked out of the room and straight into the door frame.
OW!!!
I figured it’s not time for me to get off the bed…so I just move and sleep on the comfy SOFT couch for a couple hours or so.
poor me
(I washed my hair. Why does it still smell of alcolado?)
whether my students got a replacement for me yet?
I gave work enough notice…I shouldn’t be worrying.
Maybe, I’m not worrying but wondering?
I don’t miss working at that place but I never hated the students (well maybe some individual ones who knows?) and if they don’t get a replacement I would be very sad. But, I should be free to not think of it! I should, right?
Sort of.
Today was my last working day at my current place.
Technically my last employed day is sometime next month…but I cleared out my desk (mostly), deleted my email (darn I should’ve deleted my account settings from Outlook but anywayz), deleted all my files (I hope! Did I forget something?), turned in my keys, gave in that silly flash drive and…left?
I also left things to be copied for the students who worry they won’t get a replacement teacher.
But FREE!!!!!!
Happiness.
Okay.
Of course I am a bit worried. Everybody likes money coming in. Not having an income any more is sort of worrisome but this is better for me for now! :)
And I’m technically on paid vacation now :)
Thank you brother-in-law, even if you dismantled the boxes.
As you may know, Chennette already has hers.
And soooon, I will have time!

we never told her how…she just…picked it up
