Fry Aloo
Chennette has been bugging me to post these pictures for ages now…hmm…I took them in July!!! Whoa! I was well into my computer “vacation” then.
So, these are pictures of mom making fry aloo.
Who wouldn’t love Fry Aloo? We all like chips or french fries so…what’s the difference?
Well you slice up and season potatoes and fry them up with some onions and garlic (or any other things you want). You cook them down until they’re soft and tender (and BROWN!). Then you eat it…We eat it with sada roti. It’s yummy. I’m sure Chennette will talk more about this.

Oh so Yummy—-drewl—-we call this Hash-Browns up here. Throw in some bacon bits, and sausages on the side, and you’ve got yourself a killer Calorie breakfast! Thanks for sharing this Lil!
