So, I’ve decided to participate in a food competition, namely CLICK, where you submit a photograph of a themed food. This month’s theme is NOODLES!
I do have to make new lasagne for my other sister, but I doubt I’ll get it done before the 20th so…wish me luck! I’m entering a different picture of the lasagne I made and showed you last month…well I made it last month but showed it to you at the beginning of this month.

Saheena or sahina is like a bhaji (spinach) and grind dhaal (split peas) roulade, fried.
People also make something more like a fritter, where you put chopped up bhaji into the batter and fry flattish balls of it. We call this bhajia but some call it all sahina. My brother loves this one.
I like the roll up one.
Since I’m a bit sick (fever or something), I’ll take some pictures later.
It smelled so good but I couldn’t eat it at all right then.
