Wow, this one looks like a relatively complicated recipe. I will have to try it eventually, however, because lemon meringue pie does taste pretty good.

Lemon meringue pie is one of my very favorites. To eat, that is, not bake. I’m not sure I have the time or motivation to actually make it myself. ;-)

I loved the taste , the tartness was so good and the meringue was also good and all meringue topped pies weep during cooling…..
But I loved it , thanks …. imagine to eat lemon meringue, made in my house which I have not baked , fantastic …………hehehehe
