Hmmm .... I used 8 cups white flour with the original recipe and when we made the wholewheat we uses 2 cups wholewheat to 4 cups white flour... however I realised we had to adjust the recipe to make it fluffier so I told Chennette , 2 cups whole wheat to 5 cups white and 1 1/3 teaspoons of yeast and 5 teaspoons baking powder.... you can probably use the 3 wholewheat but adjust the yeast to 1 1/2 teaspoon yeast...

i thought mom told you replace 2 cups white with whole wheat (thus 2 whole wheat, 6 white)
and then i thought you said you decided to use 3 whole wheat, 5 white
but now it turns out mom said 2 whole wheat, 5 white

so confused

the recipe there is what i told you i used - 5 cups white, 3 cups wholewheat
i thought this was what Mom told me...it made for good bread, so, if I cut out a whole cup of flour it will be fluffier? but less wholewheatier?

Oooh , please adjust recipe for wholewheat hops... it is 2 cups wholewheat and not 3 cups....Hope Chennette used 2 cups to 5 cups of white as I told her this over the phone.... hope I did and if I did not then I apologise. This was an adjustment from our recipe...

And then I realised you don't have a pan like that.
